Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco recently enjoyed a night out together. They were seen at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Wednesday, watching a basketball game between the L.A. Lakers and the Miami Heat.
During the game, Gomez, 31, and Blanco, 35, sat close, showing their affection by cuddling and holding hands.
This outing followed Gomez sharing a sweet photo of the pair on her Instagram Story before New Year’s. In the picture, Gomez wore a big dark sweater while Blanco wore a colorful hoodie and hugged her from behind, kissing her on the neck.
Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco publicly acknowledged their relationship, back in early December. It all began when a fan account shared a black-and-white photo of them, which was then reposted by Pop Crave.

Moreover, she left comments on the fan post expressing her feelings for Blanco. In one comment, she called him “my absolute everything in my heart,” and in another, she said he was “the best thing that’s ever happened to me.“
Before this, Gomez hinted at her relationship status and hinted at her new partner on December 3rd. She responded to an Instagram post from a fan account with a photo of her and Blanco and the title “Selena Gomez Seemingly Confirms That She Is In a Relationship”.
Later, she shared a black and white selfie on her Instagram Story, leaning against what looked like Blanco’s chest.
Gomez recently discussed her career and aspirations in a new interview on the latest episode of the SmartLess podcast. When asked about her two passions, she mentioned, “I do feel like I have one more album in me but I would probably choose acting.”

Adding to that, she expressed her desire to take a break, mentioning, “I am going to want to chill because I’m tired. I wanted to be an actress, I never really intended on being a singer full-time but apparently, that hobby turned into something else.”
Despite not seeing herself as the best singer, Gomez emphasized her love for storytelling through music, saying, “I don’t think I’m the best singer but I do know how to tell stories and I love being able to make songs.“
Reflecting on her journey, the Wizards of Waverly Place alum explained how her music career unexpectedly began and how she ended up managing both singing and acting. However, she confessed that her perspective has shifted with time.
“As I grow older, I find myself leaning towards finding something to settle on,” she admitted during the podcast.
