The Prince of Wales, aged 41, had a witty response when he learned that Anmer Hall, his country home, was rumored to be haunted.

Queen Elizabeth gave her grandson this grand Georgian mansion located in the Norfolk countryside as a wedding gift when he married Kate Middleton in 2011. Paranormal expert Richard Felix mentioned that the royal person wasn’t bothered by the ghost stories linked to Anmer Hall.

On a recent episode of the “Hello! A Right Royal Podcast,” Richard Felix, who explores ghost stories, talked about Prince William and Princess Kate moving into Anmer Hall.

It’s a place on the Sandringham Estate. People said there was a ghost there – a priest who lived there before and got executed for doing something very wrong. They believe this priest’s ghost came back to the house.

Anmer Hall is a beloved retreat for William and Kate, and they often spend school breaks, weekends, and holidays there with their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. The family may even have plans to visit the country home in the near future.

In the past, Kate has been seen shopping for Halloween costumes with her children. Moreover, in 2019, she was spotted in a local supermarket in Norfolk with Prince George and Princess Charlotte, browsing the holiday section.

Kathy Whittaker, a local resident, reported that Kate was asking children in the store what they planned to dress up as for Halloween.

While the specific Halloween costumes of George, Charlotte, and Louis remain a royal secret, it is likely that they share their father’s playful spirit during the holiday season.

Several royal residences, including Buckingham Palace, Balmoral Castle, Sandringham, and Kensington Palace, are rumored to be haunted, but this has never deterred the royal children from dressing up in costumes and enjoying the festivities.
