Blac Chyna Plastic Surgery made headlines in the industry. Earlier this year, she decided to undergo breast reduction surgery, feeling that her previous implants were too large for her frame.
In a recent Instagram video, she revealed that her doctor advised a gradual reduction to allow her skin to adjust properly. Despite aiming for a more natural look by reducing her implant size from 585 to 385 cubic centimeters, she encountered a complication with her left breast.
This complication, where the muscle contracted around the implant, resulted in intense pain for the 35-year-old. Nonetheless, she’s openly discussing her experience and the challenges she’s faced throughout this process.
Blac Chyna opened up about her surgery, revealing it took place on December 21st. In this latest procedure, she chose 190 cc’s.
According to her, the doctor recommended this implant to maintain her breast shape, explaining that without it, her breasts would lose form over time. She also expressed her anticipation of dealing with similar concerns again in the next decade.
Blac Chyna acknowledged the hefty cost of these surgeries, saying, “These surgeries are so expensive.”

However, she emphasized her satisfaction with the outcomes. “All in all though, I’m very, very, very happy,” she added, “and I am excited because now I’m a part of the itty-bitty t–ty committee.”
